Wind Waker - Timberwolf by AWildDrawfagAppears Wind Waker - Timberwolf by AWildDrawfagAppears
It's a wolf....made of wood....yeah, I guess that's it. They have bad breath and stuff, and they can combine to form the MegaWolfZord.

This looks like it could have actually been from Windwaker instead of being a re-imagining of an MLP monster... GOOD SHOW!

The branches on the shoulders and back are a nice touch. And the spirally eyes are nice too :)

These would have made a really brilliant enemy on Wind Waker. :D

I really love looking through all of these. Not only are they creative, but they're utterly convincing as part of the Wind Waker style.

Given they can reassemble (into the brilliantly named MegaWolfZord), this would be a terrific yet terrible boss battle.

I'm going to need more bombs.

And they're fragile as hell. Only one simple hit to the ear with a rock breaks it off and a good kick "kills" them. Were it not for their ability to reform, I'd be amazed they weren't an endangered species. Which they most likely are anyways, since the Everfree Forest is their own known home presently in the series.

Not only that, but apparently, throwing a rock into their mouth causes them to choke on it, killing them permanently.

I know that's how the Timber Wolf King "died" in the episode, but we simply didn't see them reform together again because attention was obviously paid to the mane characters. At most, its an unconfirmed death. I suspect using their wood while they're temporarily "dead" however is a pretty good way to ensure complete elimination.

They can also come back to life no matter how many times you destroy them. (Kinda like the Dry Bones enemies from Mario.)

Nice work drawing one in Zelda style. :) The spirally eyes look a bit comical though, but still I like the design. I also like how you did the wooden details like Windwaker.
